Examiner "The Edge of Love" meets expectations but does not exceed them Dylan Thomas is played by Matthew Rhys, one of the ensemble stars of the ABC television show “Brothers and Sisters”. Like the poet himself, Rhys is Welsh by birth and speaks the language fluently. Rhys is a talented actor but this work did not show it off. His role called for him being a staggering drunk who was rallied in self-perception of his own genius. There is nothing particularly exceptional to his portrayal but neither is there anything incredibly horrific in which the viewer has to turn away. He is one of four main actors and the success of the film relies on their ability to work together. For the most part, everything clicked between the foursome as it should. tinyurl.com/nzyh2swww.examiner.com/x-11707-Dallas-Indie-Movie-Examiner~y2009m7d18-The-Edge-of-Love-meets-expectations-but-does-not-exceed-them
