I wanted to know if anybody here was a fan of Aaron Sorkin and/or Studio 60. The show's airing the final 6 episodes (10pm EST, Thursdays on NBC) before it sales off into the sunset, no pun intended, and unfortunately all the great performances and writing in the world can't make a show less expensive. If it could, we'd still have shows like Farscape.
I know we said we'd start a tv forum but for right now I wanted to let everybody know about this show since it just aired the return episode this past Thursday and it's more time sensitive that folks be told about it. This one didn't have the 3 leads because out of 22 episodes, each actor could do 21 max. They did this so the show would be able to expand from the 13 episode order that it got to begin with. Timothy Busfield and guest star/host Allison Janney were hilarious, Tommy Schlamme directed it and they made some West Wing references which I loved. Steven Weber and the rest of the supporting cast was terrific and the episode The Disaster Show is on iTunes now or if you wanna see it for free, the NBC.com Studio 60 page has it on NBC Rewinds. I encourage everybody to go see it. Ok I don't want to babble on and on. I'll check back later to see if I'm the only one here that's that into it.

It should be within the month. I hope you like it. I've heard that a typical thing with American audiences is to react with 'I didn't understand that. What's wrong with it?' while British audiences say 'I didn't understand that, what's wrong with me?' Interesting take isn't it?
